Geoff was the type of dog that needed constant reassurance, love, affection, and company, which is why we got Simon to be his companion and shower him with love. Simon came from the same wonderful breeder as Geoff, and since Simon’s mum was Geoff’s sister, we affectionately remember him as Uncle Geoffrey. Simon misses his uncle and best friend deeply, which is why we, as a family, decided to start this business focused on caring for dogs, offering dog boarding services that feel like a home from home. Our goal is to give Simon some playmates and sleepover parties. Simon has a wonderful character; he is filled with love and play, and we can guarantee that any dogs coming into our Vizsla boarding setting will be warmly welcomed by him and the whole family.

A typical day starts with snuggles in bed and sofa time when we wake up, followed by a quick trip to the track for a bathroom break and a delicious breakfast. The fun really begins with a long walk in the woods or an open field for about an hour. We are fortunate to have this beautiful nature right on our doorstep, and our resident Vizsla, Simon, will always be there to show you around and highlight all the exciting places to explore. After our adventures, we return home to a warm, comfortable sofa, or you can choose to relax in the garden and play with the various games we have in our lovely large space, complete with shaded areas and a doggie pool for those warm days. We’ll venture out again later to implement more enrichment activities, as all Vizslas love to problem solve and learn new skills. When Henry and Hannah return home, it’s time for more play and cuddles, followed by teatime, a chill session, and another walk down the track before bedtime. Finally, we all snuggle up for a good night’s sleep, not forgetting a quick bedtime snack. You will receive daily photos and updates to keep you informed of your Vizsla’s stay in our home from home atmosphere.

To ensure a safe and relaxed environment for all dogs in our caring dog boarding services:
We do not accept unneutered female dogs. Male dogs must be neutered or, where appropriate, chemically castrated once old enough. All dogs must be comfortable in a group setting and able to settle within our home dog care environment.
Our priority is always the happiness, safety, and wellbeing of every dog in our care, and we carefully assess each dog to ensure they’re the right fit for our home from home setting, including specific needs such as those for Vizsla boarding.
Alongside our home-from-home dog boarding services, we’re pleased to now offer caring doggy day-care in our family home. This home dog care option is ideal for dogs who enjoy company, benefit from routine, and thrive in a calm, structured environment. Dogs attending our Vizsla boarding day-care will be fully supervised and treated as part of our household, with plenty of rest, enrichment, and outdoor time tailored to their individual needs.

Our hearts are completely broken. Luka was such a huge part of our lives and our family here at Uncle Geoff’s. He was simply perfect in every single way — so loving, so funny, so caring, and full of the most incredible character.
We’ll never forget the way he used to bark as if he was having a proper conversation with us, his proud little walk wearing his dickie bow, and of course his morning Rich Tea biscuits dipped in a cup of tea… forever now known in our house as “Luka biscuits.” 💛
From his very first stay with us, we were told that Daddy always took him out for his bedtime toilet trip — and that became one of Luka’s special rituals in our home too. It always had to be Tony taking him out before bed. It was always Tony doing the Luka biscuits. And it was always Tony who gave and received those truly wonderful cuddles. But somehow, Luka made every single one of us feel like we were his favourite.
It has been such an honour to have Luka as part of Uncle Geoff’s from the very beginning, one of the very first beautiful souls to join us. He helped shape the love, warmth, and family feeling that our home and business is built on today.
We as a family are going to miss you more than words could ever say. Thank you for being part of our lives. Thank you for your love, your happiness, your funny little ways, and for being so incredibly special.
Our hearts and thoughts are with your wonderful mummy and daddy, and with your beautiful sister Ava, whose hearts must be aching from the pure love you gave them every single day.

Chewie had the best week at Uncle Geoffrey’s while we were on holiday. He enjoyed plenty of walks and games to cool off from the hot sun, truly experiencing a home from home environment. We received daily updates and photos of him having an amazing time. It is wonderful to know Chewie is with a caring family who are experienced with the breed, and Simon provided a lovely doggy companion during his stay. Their dog boarding services ensured he felt like part of the family all week long.

Patsy at Uncle Geoffrey's Vizsla Boarding is absolutely fantastic, and I cannot praise Patsy, Simon, and the rest of the family enough for their caring dog boarding services. We are aware of dozens of boarding places closer to us in and out of London, but we don't mind renting cars and driving all the way to the Bosworth's home one bit. Juniper ADORES them and always receives the absolute best home dog care when at Uncle Geoffrey's.
Patsy is devoted, meticulous, diligent, and knowledgeable. She has always been willing to listen to us, accommodate our concerns and wishes, and provide the best care for our Vizsla (we know we are demanding in our efforts to ensure the best for Juniper). She is *always* on the ball and *always* reads through the pages upon pages of information I provide (and keep updating). She *always* learns Juniper's routine, potential changes in behavior, and needs before he arrives and has consistently provided him with more love and care than we could've even imagined. She understands our wishes for privacy and keeps Juniper's photos and information confidential and away from social media, which undoubtedly adds more work to her already full plate, always done with utmost care and respect -- which is beyond commendable.
Uncle Geoffrey's Vizsla Boarding truly feels like a home away from home for Juniper. We wouldn't be surprised if one day he decided to stay with them instead of coming home with us... He always receives that much love and care and enjoys fun walks, runs, and adventures with Patsy and Simon.
We genuinely cannot recommend Patsy and Uncle Geoffrey's enough. We feel truly grateful for everything they do.

Hudson absolutely loves coming on holiday with the Bosworth family, from his paw friend Simon, to his walking buddies and of course his hooooman friends: yourself, Tony, Hannah, and Henry. As you know, I do not trust just anyone with my fur baby; like many pet owners, they mean so much to us, so we like to ensure they are safe and loved. Your dog boarding services provide us with peace of mind while we are away, knowing Hudson is having great fun and lots of adventures while meeting new furry friends of Simon's. If Hudson didn’t have you guys for home dog care, we wouldn’t go away without him, as there are no other families I would trust more. Lottie and Luna have just had the most wonderful three-day home from home experience with their brother Simon, Patsy, and family. They excel in providing caring dog boarding services, showering Vizslas with love and understanding their needs. We would have no hesitation in recommending their home dog care and Vizsla boarding.
Cooper absolutely adores his holidays with Patsy, Tony, and family. I love the attention to detail they provide in their dog boarding services, along with understanding every aspect of Cooper's ways and needs. I wouldn't leave him with anyone else; nothing is too much trouble for them. I appreciate how Cooper was able to stay for a few hours initially and then overnight to ensure he coped well and was a good fit for Simon. Now, we can go away knowing that Cooper is loved and receiving top-notch care in a home from home environment. He enjoys regular walks, literally with doorstep rambles, which is perfect for him. We receive lots of photos daily, along with a report of his daily activities and food intake. The only problem is that Cooper now expects lunch of scrambled eggs or sardines! I can't recommend their home dog care services enough. As all Vizsla owners know, they are a wonderful and complex breed, so having someone who understands their ways is essential. If you want your pup treated and cared for like a king or queen, then Patsy is a must. Rest assured, they are safe and happy.
